Operating mode: Standalone

This is a shareware product.  It is a fully functional 
unregistered version for evaluation.  You have full access 
to all features for the next 120 days.    You will always 
have clock display and the quick "Countdown" alarm feature.


			    Alarms \ Tasks can include

The activation of any file on your computer that would 
normally respond to a double click action taken in 
"Windows Explorer" or "My Computer".

Playback of your own recorded messages.

Run command lines

Scandisk or Defrag operations.

Print jobs.

Internet Connection\Disconnection. (DUN) and some others.

A "Clear Recent Documents" procedure.

A customized sequence of files scheduled to activate in rotation.
Allows for "Talking Clock".


			   Other features include:

Synchronization of your system clock with internet time providers using the
Simple Network Time Protocol (SNTP).

Display option "Internet Time" known as .beat time.


			    Install Instructions

Unzip the contents of Minder.zip and run SetupMdr.exe.   The clock display 
will appear at the top right corner of your screen.  Minder will 
automatically begin at each system start up, and close at shutdown.

If this is an upgrade installation, you can install to the same folder and 
maintain your settings.

			    Uninstall Instructions

Uninstall using - your desk top's Task Bar
"Start"->"Settings"->"Control Panel"->"Add/Remove Programs".

                      Obtaining the Latest Version
